founder journey is a spiritual one

the entire time is… all the ideas work… it’s your job to validate ideas for the entity/business. not for yourself. to manage and recruit talent.

you’re going into your start up with hammers to others worlds. if they don’t feel like it’s a problem, it becomes … ur just projecting bro. if you do have a solution(or can build on), the burden of proof is on you.

  1. startup success won’t fix me… or solve the other issues in my life, or create the outcomes / accomplishments in other areas

  2. validating yourself (being right) is not necessarily correlated to becoming (materially) rich.

the dance is eliciting something you can provide as valuable to them… by understanding where their beliefs lie. thus, our actions are then shaped by these beliefs. if you’re threatening their beliefs, you’re threatening them. in their eyes. thus, your actions are the problem.
