Seven Deadly Sins

1. Avoidance

Perfectionism

Falsely prioritizing something ELSE into the equation

- Disingenuously not calling something a break, or being okay with the rate of change happening for something in actuality

Falsely increasing scope

Complexity: hiding in complexity to avoid embodiment

2. Disingenuousness

Honoring your own feelings is important

3. Delusion

Pragmatic / grounded in reality...

If there's no branch/tree why are you thinking you can just fly on top?? You gonna die without no landing pad?

Conflation (might be projection)

4. Conflation

Non necessary factor/variables in the equation

You think the result of solving x will solve for y...

Or you want a thing / person / specified activity / experience but don't delineate them

Unspoken attachments or held beliefs overruling judgement

- Shadow / subconscious subverting you... damn

- Self sabotage opening

5. Projection

Close to delusion

You would reject someone based on engineering knowledge or presentation; potential saas clients and whatnot

You have placed...

6. Displaced / Unwarranted Anger Externally Blamed

Part of being disingenuous; it's your job to scope/convey your boundaries limits and areas

7. Attachments

These may be your strength, but also your binds.

Thus, be malleable in your approach, and also know when you're straying from the path

PHILOSOPHY OF THE UNENCUMBERED

Perpetual position is a Juxtaposition

Unencumbered

Others perceptions, consequences in the future, particular equipment/assets... I'm not reliant on it. From my own essence and vessel, I can cross any bridge whilst there, trek any mountain, wield any weapon. I am not encumbered by any thing, person, state, nor environment. If you're avoiding some work that needs to be getting done; I think that you know, that means you're encumbered by something... that means you're too attached to something in this world and you're not following your Artist's journey with integrity.

What or whom / what are you serving? what idol or god? why is it not your own internal dialogue with god? sounds like chasing extrinsic. and people's acceptance and validity of you.

Avoidance is your downfall. Know when something else "NEEDS" to be done - or if that need is being created by our own avoidance. Resist Creating Avoidance Work

Not on me to judge others' perceptions

Just want to live a life where i just say what i mean. and i mean what i say. and i do say something. How they view things is how they view things. Not on me to save or change them of my own accord either.

You're not the judge, you're the operant with determinant directional decisiveness

Don't ever justify the damage, the result, etc. it happened. You were late. the possibilities were endless. You could've taken an earlier bus ride so you were in the area and not relying on something. You could've shot a text. you could have. you don't. ...and it's better late than never. acknowledge the late, but show being genuine.

Know what game you're playing in at all times. Know that you are, even if you're not trying to be, playing in a game at all times.

Learn the balance of what's important, reading the room, being yourself authentically, and being able to communicate and triangulate everything.

Strike Through / Past The Target. If you're going to choose to hold a gun, be prepared to shoot. If you're going to shoot, be prepared to kill.

Conflation

The thing | the person. Separate these. Do the thing without the person. See the person without the thing. Prioritize one. it's okay for your stance to change. Don't associate one with the other in a nominally meaningfully weighted way or you're setting yourself up for failure

YOU ARE WHERE YOU'RE MEANT TO BE

LET IT RIDE. Stop rushing to numerical results of future stages just earnestly work on machines/systems/understanding the processes via full immersion of this existing one.

Your convictions are your own. Don't burden someone else by projecting expectations unto them.

You'll get the equivalent in this world's units / currencies of your underlying beliefs about yourself. The world will give you its equivalent currency exchange based on your beliefs about yourself. No more and no less.

There's truly no selfless act.

If you're filling your own cup so much, others having to fill it for you don't matter so much. You are not concerned about giving some away, knowing you'll refill it.

Be the farmer

You are not meant to be the judge; you are meant to do in earnest. Let go / absolve yourself of the need to perceive others judgement on you

Circumstances are not your fault, but your responsibility. Staying weak is a sin. You're not afforded excuses. Excuses are a luxury. Different things could've always happened and the results got you always have influence over the outcome.

Reliance on your expectations are your fault. Why expect an apple from an orange tree?

Disappointments or grievances from uncommunicated standards or boundaries are your own fault

Eat until you're satisfied. If hungry, eat. If satisfied, pause there. There's beauty and grace in leaving space. This is not just about food.

Create your own dimensions of what you're measuring and also how you're measuring it, with your personal set of values

Become your best, do not take shortcuts. It's not the results. It's the thing that becomes worthy in real time and deserving of the results by not skipping any steps. That's the value.

Tomorrow brings a new dawn. Tomorrow will bring a new day. Might've been raining today; tomorrow the trees and grass will shine brighter. Earth both spins and orbits - think in days, seasons, and orbits.

Power versus powerlessness

Anxiety fears concerns are you relinquishing your power to a different situation. Understand that if you do even experience a possible civil consequence, such as being socially outed, being incorrect, being rejected from somebody's judgment about some thing or decision to move forward or not or grant something I'm requesting, understand that I can handle myself and that situation. I got to perceive it and experience it as absolute pain, even if that has been the response in the past.

Abstract wants and needs, wants and needs are subjective. There's obviously some core similarities. Don't mistake your wants and needs for this; and obstructing from everything from one item, and assuming it is designed, unless it is designed to do so, which typically is not, by default, don't expect to fulfill needs and wants as a whole via a singular thing

It's all in the work you're avoiding

The answers are there. Why you're feeling a certain way (avoidance disguised) β€”> your subconscious beliefs / paradigm you exist in. Your unconscious will redirect you to some set of observable / external variables to prevent you from looking in. Your self image will reinforce itself. This exposes it raw - and it's not particularly comfortable being out in the sun! It's where progress truly is for the specific goal, project, or outcome you desire. Your own self logically knows this. Your emotions can only view things its experienced and perceived - and the default setting for perception of unfamiliarity is "danger". Thus, you avoid at all costs. And in real time, Earth keeps turning, and suddenly the thing hasn't happened. You may even give into pseudo productivity - doing things that are not the thing.

Do the thing. The relationship is not unidimensional or conditional. Unless stated. The thing has nothing to do with the person; or the activity.

All you really needed was just a few. You just needed enough. We just need to define what that means. Your source and learn how to work wherever you're at I understand that the sources are incredibly abundant; and beyond your mental conception.

Work with what you have and be bold and genuine; people want to help you more than anything else and no need to play a lot of signaling or games. No need for games.

Your self sabotaging because subconscious is seeking familiarity. Event planning, messaging people, checking social media incessantly, planning things with friends... all wins. But u aren't solving the problem or doing the thing. Either u need more info, reduce anxieties about it being a consequence (detach from outcome while earnestly engaged)

You are where you're meant to be

Let it ride. Kick feet up lay in some grass, let time pass and fester

It's situational or circumstantial. Not existential. So get tactical.

The habits you build that got you there, may not keep moving you there. Updating routines and habits... core values and assumptions... Consistency of the thing is more important than its approach.

PERSONAL REMINDERS

It takes WAY longer

Getting started takes WAY longer than just having done the thing. Reminder / lingering a thing is more costly cognitively / energy wise than anything. Remove discomforts or friction to start, just get started. Use an LLM chat interface or transcription if u need to get your wheels started. It's not the same grind as panhandling, approaching strangers that come out of a hotel to offer a taxi ride fare and drive through intense traffic / aggressive driving conditions. It's probably just an email, call, or DM articulating stuff.

I always knew better / more was out there

So I am grateful for right now. But there's simply so much undiscovered... so many ways of being that make our current days seem like tribulations. These are instrumental in nature of course, they keep us going to get here... I had an instinct for modern tech / knowledge. Knowledge acquisition is a skill.

You tried

The twists and turns have yarn you into this high leverage thinking and stuff. The goal and other things will be clear. No one needs to understand or explain yourself.

ADHD Things:

  • β€’ Reverse step up dopamine/motivation. small action
  • β€’ Do non committal to the end just commit to the first task of the thing. eg: door to the gym. don't gotta workout.

Introvert / INFJ Related:

β€œJust try” to do the thing.

  • β€’ Cure to procrastination
  • β€’ No perfect outcome / perfect set up or starting conditions needed
  • β€’ Be kind to yourself
  • β€’ If you are trying very hard, the mind will resist and then you'll fail
  • β€’ Seeds don't become trees in a day, it takes time
  • β€’ Don't try to force/control/fight with the mind
  • β€’ Pause, observe, reflect, and give it an alternative
  • β€’ That's how you slowly change

Build the thing for the thing itself. Don't build it and expect it to give you what you need. You still have to find that in yourself. And that's typically some perspective shift, somewhere discomfort is stored in your body, and something needs to be released / processed / registered and reaffirmed.

INNER JOURNEY

Externalization, projection, abstraction of wants and needs

Conflation of wants and needs

Reimmersing physical, sensational experience and emotions

Revisiting drivers and reasons for desires

Relinquishing teenage or adolescent desires and goals

Redefining boundary setting

Pausing delineation and conditions being put towards relationships, situations, and things of this nature

Power vs. powerlessness - Attributing worth to perceived consequence of not having a thing

Power comes from: Detachment, Not confusing the means / individual rep one is on for their own self assurance that they will continue to keep doing reps as that is simply just their identity now

Power: Not relinquishing anything to anything external, without explicit permission. Not attention, energy, emotional investment. Times, timelines, trajectory, etc. Halting or pausing of one's journey

Revisiting importance of things represent in self

Revisiting feeling pains in body, breathing into it, catching bad habits and trauma-based adjustments

Past dreams / what they serve

Invoking and understanding ones emotions a bit better

Time abstraction / continuity / and stabilizing worldview and timelines

Work being put into grooming, it is what it is, not portrayals of perfection

Expand your time horizons. On everything. Believe in your continuity. Believe in your perpetual learning / adaptability.

Once your genius state finds you do not disrespect it β€” this is your most rare and exalted leverage, everything else can wait.

The most vital purpose of being in peak physical health is to be able to sustain these states for as long as possible. No point in being in peak fitness if you don't use it. The body should be built up and then sacrificed on the altar of your pursuits. Recover after.
